architect Barry McGregor.
It's been a priviledge to photograph 3 flagship buildings for UTS this year: the FEIT Building, the Thomas St Building and the Dr Chau Chak Wing (pictured). Of all of these buildings, it's been the Dr Chau Chak Wing, by Frank Gehry, that's been getting the most attention (I've even had calls from a TV station in Japan wanting to use these shots!). As I write, it's still being completed, so there'll be more photography to do next year. In the meantime I think it deserves its own category in the gallery!
Some photos I did last year of Giant Design's Pablo and Rusty's cafe fitout turned up in uber cool blog Yellowtrace. Ages ago. I'd never heard of it (!) and only found out about it because some branding guy from Manual in SF contacted me and asked if he could use some of them. First world confusion...
